TinderoTindero Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Tindero, an app by Romeworks. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What Tindero is
Tindero helps a small store record sales, products, stock and customer utang. It is a record book (listahan) for the store owner. It is not an official receipt or invoice machine, not a point-of-sale system accredited by the Bureau of Internal Revenue or any other tax authority, and not accounting, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for meeting the tax and business rules that apply to your store.
Your records
Your records belong to you and are kept on your phone, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping your phone and your Google account secure. Phones get lost and break: use the backup, or keep your own copies of records that matter to you.
Free version and Tindero Plus
Tindero is free to use up to the number of products shown in the app. Tindero Plus is a one-time purchase through Google Play that removes the product limit and adds backup to your own Google Drive. Plus belongs to the Google account that bought it and can be restored on that account's phones. The price is shown in Google Play before you buy. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play's refund policies.
Selling, utang and reports are never locked: if Plus is refunded or can't be checked, you keep using the products you already have.
A Pro subscription with online sync may be offered later. It will have its own terms, shown before you subscribe.
Fair use
Please don't copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, try to get around the free limit or purchases, or use the app for anything unlawful.
Google services
Backup uses Google Drive and purchases use Google Play. Those services are provided by Google under Google's own terms, and Romeworks is not responsible for them being available.
No warranty
Romeworks works to keep Tindero accurate and reliable, but the app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Check totals, change and stock counts that matter to you.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Romeworks is not liable for lost profits, lost records or indirect damages from using the app, and its total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Tindero Plus.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app changes. The effective date above will change, and important changes will be announced in the app.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting any consumer rights you have where you live.
